Caskets

All sales are final once shipped.

If the casket is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

You can cancel before shipping only.
Tombstones

Custom orders are non-refundable.

If the stone is damaged or there’s a mistake in the engraving, let us know within 5 days. We’ll work with you to correct or replace it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations allowed within 48 hours of placing your order.
Cremation Retorts

No returns once delivered and installed.

Covered by manufacturer warranty for repairs or replacements.
