5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Caskets: Final sale once shipped; cancelable before shipment only.

  • Tombstones: Non-refundable once customized and engraved; cancelable within 48 hours of ordering.

  • Retorts: Not returnable once delivered; subject to manufacturer warranty.

6. Warranties

  • Caskets and Tombstones: Warranted against defects in material or workmanship upon arrival.

  • Retorts: Covered by manufacturer warranty. Details provided at purchase.
