📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom products (e.g., engraved tombstones or personalized caskets) may require additional production time. This will be clearly communicated during checkout or by our customer service team.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer delivery throughout the United States.

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of your order

  • Chosen shipping method

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout. For special delivery needs (e.g. rural access, liftgate), please contact us prior to purchase.

🛠️ White Glove Delivery (Optional)

We offer White Glove Service for casket deliveries in select areas:

  • In-home or chapel delivery

  • Unpacking and placement

  • Debris removal

🌎 Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please reach out to arrange a custom quote.

❗ Damaged or Delayed Shipments

We take every measure to ensure secure packaging. However, in the rare case of shipping damage:

  • Please inspect items immediately upon delivery.

  • Note any damage with the driver.

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including possible replacement or refund.
